What is LotoAsso?
LotoAsso is an online platform for associations that run fundraising lotteries. It brings together tools to prepare your cards, sell tickets online (e-ticketing), track sales, and run your draws—including LotoAsso Live for on-screen display. Players can create a free account to join lotos and follow events.
Are online association lotteries or lotos allowed in France?
No. As of today, traditional association lotteries (loto, quine, rifle) are not authorized online. In France, gambling is prohibited by default, except for legal exceptions. Association lotos are allowed only under strict conditions (organized by an association, social/cultural/sport purpose, low stakes, and participation within a restricted circle). The administration considers that an online loto is open to the public, no longer meets the restricted-circle requirement, and is not explicitly authorized online by law.
